Hand-made by authentic traditional method, smoked with wood firewood in earthen kiln. Filled with smoked longan meat which took 168 hours to complete, and then fused with the golden pine crispy skin by the master’s deep technique. The first bite is amazing, the best in Taiwanese cakes. Well deserved!
