Have you ever seen Guava fruit in Australia? I haven’t seen them around because I suppose it is a tropical fruit that is grown in Southeast Asia. But Guava is a superfood, known for its subtly sweet and tangy taste. What is less known is that Guava is extremely rich in fibre and antioxidant which makes them a great fruit and dried fruit snack.
