I don’t like my instant noodles with nothing but noodles inside. Yes, some have the chunky vegetables and  a soft boil egg inside my instant noodle. How about this time with Taiwanese style hard boiled eggs which have been soaked in traditional spices such as cassia, star anise and white pepper. It have been boiled for hours to have a distinctive flavor.
