Ipoh Sang Kee Biscuit was founded in 1947. In the 1940s, Kong Qishan and his wife took the recipe for making ear biscuits from China to Southeast Asia. 
In the early days of establishment, they experienced unstable years, but the couple relied on their unyielding spirit, constantly improving the formula to 
match the local taste, and the ear biscuits are still loved by customers today!
