Australia wide delivery. All orders are shipped from warehouse in Australia.

How long does it take to reach me?

To check the estimated delivery date of your items, you may wish to use the Delivery Estimate tool above by keying in your postal code.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Australia. Within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, your order will be processed and booked in for delivery.  You will also be given a tracking number when your parcel is sent out from our warehouse.

How much is the delivery fee?

Regardless of the # of items in your order, we are offering a FLAT FEE delivery rate of $6.90 for delivery to all Australia metro areas. A $5 surcharge applies to parcel deliveries outside of Metro areas (as determined by Australia Post and our courier partner).

How do you ship my order?

All parcels are delivered with an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction for our courier partner. Authority To Leave means your package may be delivered without obtaining a signature. You can also request for ‘Signature on Delivery’ but please indicate on the delivery comments field. If you are not around to receive the parcel, our courier partner will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery or choose to pick it up at a nearby collection point to you.

*Delivery of parcel is outsourced to our standard courier partner through Sendle or Australia Post.

My order is missing. What should I do?

If a shipment is taking considerably more time than usual (over 9 business days), please email us at [email protected] to let us know your order number so we can investigate the issue further for you.

Can I get a refund since my order hasn’t arrived?

You are only eligible for refund if the box has been returned to our office, at which time SnackAffair will contact you regarding the amount refundable for that order.

We will provide you with a tracking link upon sending out your order. You can use your tracking number to check the shipment status and confirm the whereabout of your box on our courier partner’s website.

One of the most common reason for lost packages is due to wrong shipping address. When you fill in your address, please double check to make sure that it is correct.

How can I find out about product’s allergens?

The ingredients of some products are only listed in their original language and we do not provide translation services. If you have allergies, we strongly recommend not purchasing any products you are unfamiliar with, or do an internet search of the product’s ingredients before any purchase.
