Maybe it’s down to personal preference, but I like the Salted Egg Fish Skin more.

Different to the Golden Duck with its ridges – but both are equally delicious.
I find these don’t have the same slight spice-kick like the GD version, which means I easily eat a whole pack if I’m not careful.
