The broth is made by boiling down chicken bones and seafood products (such as dashi stock, dried sardines and bonito flakes), and it has a characteristic transparency. Cooking instructions
Cook noodles in 500ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 2 minute and 30 seconds.
Stir in soup mix.
Serve in a ramen bowl and add garnishing (eg. spring onions) to taste.

Very pleasant and light broth. However ‘mellow’ is very open to interpretation. I found the soup broth to be incredibly salty when following the package directions, but on my second serve I increased the water by 50% which helped it settle down a bit.
