House Curry-Ya Medium Hot Japanese Curry

If you love Japanese curry with a little more heat, this Curry-Ya version is a must-try. The sauce is rich, smooth, and packed with savoury flavour, while the medium-hot spice level adds just enough warmth without overpowering the curry’s signature sweetness and depth.

Reheating Instructions

Microwave Method (Recommended)

1. Open the carton from the “Open Here” tab.
2. Lift the lid and fold it back 180 degrees.
3. Do not open the inner pouch.
4. Place the entire carton with the pouch inside into the microwave.
5. Heat according to your microwave wattage:

6. Carefully remove from the microwave while holding the carton.
7. Open the pouch carefully, pour over hot rice, and serve.

⚠️ Steam may escape during heating. Contents will be very hot after cooking.

Boiling Water Method

1. Leave the inner pouch unopened.
2. Place the pouch into boiling water.
3. Heat for 3–5 minutes.
4. Carefully remove from the water.
5. Open the pouch and pour the curry over freshly cooked rice.

⚠️ Do not place a lid on the pot while heating. Take care when handling hot water and steam.
