Indomie Collection – Sambal Rica Rica

We all know how great Mi Goreng is; so this new “Sambal” flavour Mi Goreng will definitely set your heart on fire. And hopefully they will set our bowels on fire too! Indomie is the worl’d largest instant noodle manufacturer.

Sambal is basically a chilli. Rica Rica is a Sambal local to North Sulawesi and, like other Sambals, is basically a variety of chillis crushed up with some garlic and salt. It is pretty damn hot!

Cooking instructions
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add the noodles into around 250 cc of water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning mix into a bowl and place noodles on top of it with water.
Mix well and ready to serve.
