Itsuki Kurume Hotomeki Ramen

Are you a ramen lover too? They are delicious and I tend to find them healthier than instant noodles. I would alway prefer cooking Japanese dried ramen to instant noodle.
The package contains one serving of straight medium thick noodle like Kurume’s ramen. The soup broth is a thick and creamy pork bone soup with a sense of home-cooking. “Hotomeki” is a dialect of Fukuoka Prefecture and the Chikugo region, meaning “hospitality.”

Cooking instructions
Cook noodles in 500ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 2 minute and 30 seconds.
Stir in soup mix.
Serve in a ramen bowl and add garnishing (eg. spring onions) to taste.
