Itsuki Hakata Osshoi Ramen

The noodles were definitely in the Hakata style – they have a nice ‘floury’ taste to them. They are thin and round in nature with a good backbone and chewiness. The broth was extraordinarily good – rich and hearty with a great pork flavor to it. Excellent – 5.0 out of 5.0 stars

Cooking instructions
Cook noodles in 500ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 2 minute and 30 seconds.
Stir in soup mix.
Serve in a ramen bowl and add garnishing (eg. spring onions) to taste.
