Itsuki Kumamoto Akakara Ramen

Deep taste of double soup with pungent soup that combines the taste of chicken and pork with the pungent taste of Gochujang and Chinese Chili Bean Sauce. Noodles are straight non-fried noodles boasting a texture that is smooth and reasonably crisp.

Cooking instructions
Cook noodles in 500ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 2 minute and 30 seconds.
Stir in soup mix.
Serve in a ramen bowl and add garnishing (eg. spring onions) to taste.
