Japanese Roasted Seasoned Sardine Jerky

Sardines are one of the most underrated fishes. Sardines, a power food that goes wildly unrecognised, have the greatest levels of omega-3s and the lowest levels of mercury of any fish, with 2 gm of heart-healthy omega-3s every 3 ounce meal. They’re high in calcium and vitamin D, so they’re good for your bones. These roasted chewy sardines are naturally sweet and mildly spicy.
