Japanese Yuzu Mochi (Box)

Japanese Mochi comes in different flavours and fillings and this Japanese Mochi is Yuzu flavoured. A very refreshing mochi perfect for Spring and Summer. Yuzu is not commonly seen in Australia. Outside of a few Asian cuisines and particularly in Japanese cultural circles, Yuzu is seldom grown or used. It is rather rare. But this fragrant, citrus fruit is unique in its ability to maintain it’s tart/sourness at high cooking temperatures.
