Myojo Kitsune Udon

Kitsune Udons are a real classic, and they are from Myojo’s most famous udon range. This udon is a real popularity, made with a bone broth that is peculiar to East Japan and coloured with soy sauce. supplied with a side of special seasoning combined with Hondashi (Tuna powder), Mackerel powder and nori to improve the broth’s flavour and finally topped with seasoned fried tofu.
