Prima Singapore Laksa Fried Rice Sauce
A rich stir-fry sauce laced with herbs and spices to whip up a full-bodied dish. Inspired by Laksa, one of Singapore’s favourite dishes!
Cooking Method:
1. Stir-fry garlic and shallots in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat.
2. Add 2 beaten eggs and 500g of steamed rice immediately.
3. Stir-fry till rice is evenly coated with eggs and is loosened.
4. Add Prima Taste pack and 4 tsp water.
5. Stir-fry till rice is mixed well and fragrant.
6. Add fried beancurd cubes (tau pok), fish cake, prawns and laksa leaves.
7. Stir-fry for another 15 seconds.
8. Laksa Fried Rice is ready to serve.
