Prima Singapore Meat Bone Soup (Peppery)

Meat Bone Soup is an aromatic dish of stewed meat and peppery soup. Dip the meat in dark soya sauce with freshly cut chilli and minced garlic to enjoy a taste of heaven!

Cooking Method:

1. Blanch prime pork ribs in boiling water for 2-3 mins to remove meat scum (ensure prime pork ribs are fully submerged in boiling water). Remove prime pork ribs and rinse twice with tap water.

2. Put blanched prime pork ribs, 1.9 water, 23 cloves of garlic, Meat Bone Soup Stock Mix and Meat Bone Soup Premix into a pot. Cover pot and bring to boil. Boil on high heat for 7 mins.

3. Lower to medium heat and simmer for 18 mins. Remove garlic and set aside (for Step 5). Continue to simmer for another 10 mins.

4. Remove Meat Bone Soup Premix sachet and place in a bowl. Cover sachet with soup and gently press the sachet several times to your desired level of peppery taste then pour the soup back into the pot.

5. Add desired amount of prime pork ribs, garlic (from Step 3) and soup into a bowl. Serve piping hot. In a condiment bowl, mix desired amount of red chilli and Meat Bone Soup Soya Sauce to serve as a dip.
