Sapporo Ichiban Kuze Fuku Shio Ramen

One of the top gourmet stores in Japan, Kuze Fuku Shoten was founded in 2013. They collaborated with Sanyo Shokuhin to make a special dashi ramen made with vegetables. They are a type of salt-based ramen prepared with a unique Kuze Fuku Shoten vegetable dashi recipe. The cup is quite aromatic and has a distinct umami flavour. With such a light broth, the thinner noodles complement the dish wonderfully. Carrots, kikurage mushrooms, cabbage, and bean sprouts are added on top.
