Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot originated in Sichuan established in 2014. In 2015, it was rated as the top restaurant in the public comment for 9 consecutive months and in the same year, it was rated as the top ten most popular hotpot in the Chengdu Hotpot Cultural Festival.

Cooking  instructions:

• Take out the inner layer and add ingredients according to the number sequence provided.
• Take out the heat pack and place it at the bottom of the external container.
• Add cold water to the designated line provided.
• Place inner layer into external container and cover with the lid provided.
• Let it cooks for 15-20 minutes until the steam stops
• Open the lid and add in chilli oil
• Ready to serve.
