Sin Joo Heong Sesame Pastry
This is an Asian traditional snack. More widely known as 香餅 (fragrant pastries in English), this is a popular Asian snack made from malt and shallot. The name is given because this is extremely fragrant. The pastry is a flaky baked crust, garnished with sesame seeds. For a more crunchier texture and a warm inner filling, heat it up in the conventional oven for 5 minutes.
