The New Mama Salted Egg Noodles is finally in Australia.
This is one of those food that you either love it or hate it. But for salted egg or Mama food fans, I think you will love it. This noodles is made with real Salted duck eggs and is most definitely not a just an egg with salt.
The noodles came out nicely – gauge and chew very much on point. The texture match very very good with the seasonings. A spicy and fascinating melange of flavor including a kind of egg yolk smashed kind of feel to it.
Cooking instructions
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add the noodles into the water and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove noodles from pot and drain remaining water from noodles.
Add the seasoning mix into a bowl and place noodles on top of it.
Mix well and ready to serve.

Have been wanting to try these for a while so finally bought a pack and I will be buying more! The flavour is delicious, definitely taste like salted egg, with a slight hint of cheese! Highly recommend if salted egg is a flavour you like.
