What Is It?

Casahana Black Sesame Gold & Matcha Red Bean Omochi is a two-piece mooncake gift set designed for sharing and gifting during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Black Sesame Gold combines a lotus seed and mung bean filling with aromatic black sesame, melon seeds and a savoury salted egg yolk centre. It delivers the deep, roasted flavour of sesame balanced by the richness of salted egg yolk.

Matcha Red Bean Omochi brings together green tea powder, red bean and chewy mochi within a smooth lotus seed filling. The result is a modern mooncake inspired by the familiar Japanese pairing of matcha, red bean and mochi.

A rich and aromatic mooncake combining lotus seed and mung bean with roasted black sesame, melon seeds and a savoury salted egg yolk centre. Peanut and sesame oils contribute additional nutty depth, while the salted egg yolk balances the sweetness of the filling.

Ingredients: Sugar, Lotus Seed, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Peanut Oil and Sesame Oil), Wheat Flour, Salted Egg Yolk, Mung Bean, Black Sesame, Melon Seed, Egg, Permitted Leavening Agent (E500ii).
