A fragrant tropical-inspired mooncake with a lotus seed and winter melon base complemented by desiccated coconut, coconut powder, melon seed, white sesame and pandan flavour. Its combination of coconut and pandan gives the mooncake a distinctly Southeast Asian character.
Ingredients: Sugar, Lotus Seed, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Wheat Flour, Winter Melon, Desiccated Coconut, Coconut Powder, Melon Seed, White Sesame, Flavouring (Pandan Flavour), Permitted Emulsifier (E322), Colouring (E133, E102).

Violet Harmony
