A delicious Hakata Nagahama-style pork bone soup prepared by adding onions etc. to pork extract and cooking over high heat, adding white pepper, grit and roasted sesame seeds, and then adjusting the taste with soy sauce. Cooking instructions
Bring 470ml of water to boil in a pot.
Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add soup mix and seasoning oil. Stir well.
Add ingredients or garnishing of your choice.
Ready to serve.
