Now you can now bake Shokupan (Japanese Milk bread) easily at home with Showa’s Happy Shokupan Bread pre-mix! Shokupan is known for its soft texture and subtle sweetness.  Showa created this pre-mix to allow people to enjoy delicious high quality bread from home. The pre-mix contains high quality Canadian wheat flour, butter powder and dairy ingredients to give it’s moist and soft texture!

To prepare:

Combine a full bag of the pre-mix with 3g of dry yeast, 180ml of water, mix and bake! Each bag prepares one full loaf.
