MAMA Carbonara Bacon Noodle (Thailand Version)

This noodle is super creamy, saucy and extremely flavourful carbonara, generously topped with crispy bacon. It is the ultimate party must-have for the perfect feast!

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat big pan to medium low heat.
2. Put the Bacon Carbonara in the pan, together with ¼ cup of water to loosen up the sauce.
3. Depending on the amount you are reheating (previously cooked pasta or noodles), you may add a bit more water. But make sure the water dries up, so the taste doesn’t get diluted.
4. Stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes, or until the water dries up, and serve.
