Marutai Ra-Mugi Cold Chinese Noodle

The summer limited edition Marutai “Ramugi Hiyashi Chuka” is here. It is super easy to make!

1. Prepare boiled water (around 1ℓ) and cook the noodles for 6 minutes (depends on the hardness you prefer)rinse the noodle in cold water and drain.
2. Add toppings such as tomatoes, cucumbers and Kinshi Tamago (shredded egg crepes) on the noodles, then
3. Add in the sauce provided, and it is done!
