What is it?
Hong Kong MX Lava Custard Mooncakes are premium miniature mooncakes known for their soft baked pastry, rich custard filling and signature molten centre.
The custard combines creamy sweetness with the savoury richness of salted egg yolk. Each mooncake is individually wrapped and portioned at approximately 45g, making it convenient for gifting, serving and sharing.

How to enjoy
Enjoy directly from the wrapper at room temperature, or warm briefly to soften the custard centre.
For a more fluid lava texture:
- Remove the mooncake completely from its wrapper.
- Place it on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave for approximately 5–10 seconds at 1000W.
- Allow it to stand briefly and check the temperature before eating.
