Nissin teamed up with Nakiryu, a ramen shop in Tokyo that has earned a Michelin Star, to make an instant ramen version of their famed dan dan noodle dish. But is it possible to recreate a Michelin star meal into an instant noodle?

Voila, the recreation is impressive and mind blowing! The broth is a mellow chicken flavour which complement the sesame flavour. The mix of sour and spicy flavours worked well together with a distinct yet refined aftertaste. The broth-trapped thin noodles provided a harmonizing flavour in each bite, just like the restaurant version!
