Ramen Shingen (らーめん信⽞) is a  renowned ramen restaurant in Sapporo, Hokkaido. This Myojo Sapporo Ramen Shingen Koku Miso Flavour (札幌らーめん信⽞ コクみそ 味) is characterised by its unique yellowish hue, medium-thick noodles that are gratifying, and a mild miso soup that combines the sweetness of vegetables. The addition of seasoning oil add  a finishing touch to the soup and gives it more depth.

In Hokkaido, Shingen has two shops. The store’s version of miso ramen is a hearty soup prepared with slow-cooked pork bones and veggies mixed with miso and now you can enjoy it here.
