Taiwan’s Salted Duck Egg Crisps

Imported from Taiwan, these salty duck egg yolk cookies were created by a Taiwanese grandpa and grandma couple for their grandchildren. The salty duck eggs are blended into wheat flour and with sesame coated on top, each time when they baked this cookie, the whole house was filled with a fragrant aroma that spread through the neighbourhood. It attracted many neighbours and with LOVE and encouragement, they started running a cookie workshop producing this Salted Duck Egg cookies.
