Founded in 1988.  It is a product jointly developed by the owner of Yamato Fire, Seven & i Group, and Nissin Foods Co., Ltd. We have reproduced the “Shio Ramen” from the famous Asahikawa Ramen store “Santouka”. The rich soup peculiar to Santouka is a mellow soup with a lingering taste. The noodles have a chewy texture that is typical of Santouka. It’s a satisfying cup!
