Marutai Kagoshima Style Tonkotsu Pork Stock Ramen
Kagoshima is located in the southern-most parts of the Japanese island of Kyushu. It is the only area of Japan where the relatively rare Berkshire black pig is bred. These pigs yield succulent, flavoursome pork meat which is perfect for enjoying with a bowl of ramen.
Bring 500ml of water to boil in a pot.
Add the ramen and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add soup mix.
Add in other ingredients or garnishing as you would like.
Ready to serve.
