Kagoshima is located in the southern-most parts of the Japanese island of Kyushu. It is the only area of Japan where the relatively rare Berkshire black pig is bred. These pigs yield succulent, flavoursome pork meat which is perfect for enjoying with a bowl of ramen.
Cooking instructions
Bring 500ml of water to boil in a pot.
Add the ramen and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add soup mix.
Add in other ingredients or garnishing as you would like.
Ready to serve.

Incredibly rich and flavourful broth. Noodles are great thickness and soaked up the broth flavouring beautifully. Might be my new ‘standard’ ramen to keep in the pantry. Went great with ramen eggs.
