Nissin Kyushu Black Ramen
Kyushu style ramen is different in that it features broth with a cloudy nature and rich flavor. Nissin Singapore’s Kyushu Black looks feature exactly this. The black part? Black garlic oil.
The broth is nice and milky with a rich flavor. The oil adds a very nice tension to the broth and it is a absolute enjoyment.
Bring to boil 450ml of water (for one serve) in a pot.
When water boils, put the ramen into the pot and cook for 1 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add in soup base.
Add optional ingredients or garnishing. Ready to serve.
