Guanmiao Noodles is a famous handmade noodle in Guanmiao District, Tainan City. 

It is called the "Three Treasures of Guanmiao" together with pineapple and bamboo shoots. 
This noodle was served on the table and became a local specialty under the name of "Guanmiao Noodle" after its huge popularity. 
The noodle making process requires a lot of labor
