Itsuki Kumamon Ramen (BBD: 27-07-2026)

The taste of Kumamoto is different from instant noodles. The raw noodles are dried and aged slowly under low temperature and humidity. Containing the original flavour, the texture of raw noodles will be revived when boiled in hot water. The soup broth is delicious with an intense pork broth flavour topped with black garlic oil to make it exceptionally fragrant.

Cooking instructions
Put 500ml of water to boil in a pot.
Add the noodles and cook for 2.5 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add in the soup mix.
Add ingredients or garnishing of your choice.
Ready to serve.
