Itsuki Nabeyaki Ebi-Ten Udon

No pots or pans are needed! Cook delicious udon noodles with super crispy shrimp tempura. The noodle is a thick cut udon and the soup is wakame (seaweed) base with the flavour of bonito and kelp all packed inside the aluminium tray designed to be put directly on a gas or induction cooker. An easy way to warm up this winter.

Cooking instructions
Cook noodles in 300ml of boiling water and stir to separate the udon noodles. Cook for about 2 minute and 30 seconds until soft.
Stir in soup mix.
