Menraku Ramen (Shoyu Tonkotsu)

It is an authentic Japanese shoyu tonkotsu flavoured soup and decent grade of ramen noodle that product of Hikari Japan.

Cooking instructions

Bring to boil 450ml of water (for one serve) in a pot.

When water boils, put the ramen into the pot and cook for 1 minutes.

Remove pot from stove and add in soup base.

Add optional ingredients or garnishing. Ready to serve.
