Menraku Tan Tan Ramen (Spicy Sesame)

Menraku Tan Tan Ramen is made in Japan. This Tan Tan ramen broth is a little spicy which complement the sesame flavour.  It is served with ground meat and vegetables in a creamy yet spicy broth consisting of peanuts, sesame, and chilli ingredients. The mix of sour and spicy flavours worked well together with a distinct yet refined aftertaste. The broth-trapped thin noodles provided a harmonizing flavour in each bite, just like the restaurant version!

Cooking instructions

Bring to boil 450ml of water (for one serve) in a pot.

When water boils, put the ramen into the pot and cook for 1 minutes.

Remove pot from stove and add in soup base.

Add optional ingredients or garnishing. Ready to serve.
