New York Perfect Cheese – Tokyo Cheese Sweets Created by World’s Top Pastry Chefs, Sold Out Daily By Noon

These cheese sweets were invented by New York Perfect Cheese in collaboration with three famous pastry chefs: former White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, Japan’s first cheese Chevalier Murase Miyuki and Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Cheese Craftsman Rodolphe Le Meunier.

Using cheese from all over the world, this team came up with lots of prototypes in order to determine the optimal temperature, humidity and baking method for the snacks. And what they have produced, are delicious New York style cheese sweets that blend unique flavours of various cheeses from different parts of the world!

Langues de Chat is the most popular in their range.

It comprises a crisp biscuit that blends in gouda cheese, which is a type of cheese made from cow’s milk.

Inside the biscuit, there is a block of white chocolate surrounded by Danish cheddar cheese. “Langues de Chat” is actually French for “cat’s tongue”, which is the name for a type of cookie that is long and flat (like a cat’s tongue).
