Only five counter seats are available at this little ramen shop in Tokyo and people usually wait in long queue to have a seat, the kitchen is so small that the chef can accomplish almost everything while standing in one place. However the ramen quality is exceptional and won the 2023 Michelin  Bib Gourmand award. The broth here is made with pork and Niboshi (dried sardines), and the ramen noodles are pleasant without being overly fatty.
