How to Prepare

  1. Open the self-heating meal box.
  2. Remove all internal components.
  3. Place the rice and meal tray into the container.
  4. Add water to the heating pack according to the package instructions.
  5. Close the lid securely.
  6. Allow approximately 15 minutes for the meal to heat.
  7. Carefully open and enjoy while hot.
