Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot originated in Sichuan established in 2014. In 2015, it was rated as the top restaurant in the public comment for 9 consecutive months and in the same year, it was rated as the top ten most popular hotpot in the Chengdu Hotpot Cultural Festival.

Boiling Beef, also known as “Shuizhu Niu” (水煮牛) in Chinese, is a popular and flavorful dish from the Sichuan province. It is renowned for its bold, spicy flavors and tender beef slices that are cooked in a fiery broth, making it a favorite among those who love spicy food.

Ingredients:

Potatoes, Shitake mushrooms, lotus root. bamboo shoots, kelp, vegetarian beef bun  and glass noodles.

How to prepare your self heating Hot Pot:

(1) Separate the two bowls inside the self heating hot pot meal kit.

(2) Put all the ingredients into the inner bowl and add water to a specified line.

(3) Put the self heating pack at the bottom of the larger external bowl. Fill cold water to a specified line.

(4) Place the smaller inner bowl that has back into the external bowl. Cover it with lid. Wait for 15 minutes.

(5) Open the lid after 15 minutes and enjoy.
