Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot originated in Sichuan established in 2014. In 2015, it was rated as the top restaurant in the public comment for 9 consecutive months and in the same year, it was rated as the top ten most popular hotpot in the Chengdu Hotpot Cultural Festival.

Several chillies, Sichuan pepper, doubanjiang, and several other aromatics and spices are boiled down with oil to create a spice basis for the hot pot soup, which is extremely hot and numbing.

Ingredients:

Potatoes, Shitake mushrooms, lotus root. bamboo shoots, kelp, lunch meat and glass noodles.

How to prepare your self heating Hot Pot:

(1) Separate the two bowls inside the self heating hot pot meal kit.

(2) Put all the ingredients into the inner bowl and add water to a specified line.
