Kumamoto Tonkotsu ramen has a rich garlic flavor combined with a gentle sweet ramen broth. The included mayu (black garlic oil) is what Kumamoto ramen is known for which is perfect for enjoying with a bowl of ramen.
Cooking instructions
Bring 500ml of water to boil in a pot.
Add the ramen and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove pot from stove and add soup mix.
Add in other ingredients or garnishing as you would like.
Ready to serve.

I’m pretty addicted to this ramen.
The garlic flavour is very pronounced and delicious, and the soup is wonderful and creamy from the pork fat, without being overwhelming.
This is my third time ordering this flavour and I will surely order it again.
I always enjoy with some braised quail eggs.
